Applications for the 2025 - 2026 Academic Year are closed

If you are interested in the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year, check back in November, 2025.

If you have any questions, please contact vmarger@stlcatholic.org.

We invite you to join our school family!

Our application for the 2025-2026 school year will go “live” on Friday, November 8th, 2024.

Available spaces in all of our grade levels fill up quickly and waitlist status begins as early as February, so we encourage you to submit your family’s online application as early as possible.

Registered Saint Louis Catholic Church parishioners actively involved in parish life will receive priority consideration for acceptance into the Covenant School.

Our application for admissions begins with the completion of an online application, including the online payment of the $100 non-refundable family application fee. Once the online application and requested supporting documents are received, you will be contacted by the school to schedule a family interview.

The interview is required for all prospective families, including the child(ren) for whom admission is being sought. Family interviews are conducted during morning hours on weekdays when school is in session.

Entrance Exam and Screening

Prospective students applying for PK2 through 8th grades must take an entrance exam/screener during the family interview. A non-refundable $50 screening fee will apply per child, payable online at the time the interview appointment is confirmed.

Please note that submitting the online application and required documents does not guarantee acceptance.

Admission Policy

Saint Louis Covenant School typically considers 7th and 8th grade applicants on a case-by-case basis due to limited space. The school also adheres to Immigration and Naturalization Services' regulations, which prohibit the admittance of children on a Tourist (B-1 or B-2) Visa, but allows enrollment for nonimmigrant alien students.

The school has an open admission policy, and race, sex, color, and ethnicity are not factors in admission decisions.

Required Documentation

To proceed with the application process, the following documents must be submitted via the online application (not via email):

  • Student Questionnaire (one per child)
  • Family Faith Questionnaire (one per family)
  • A current family photograph
  • A letter from your Pastor confirming Parish membership (if not a registered Parishioner at Saint Louis Catholic Church)
  • Early Childhood Recommendation Form (for PK3 through 1st grade applicants)
  • Teacher Recommendation Form (for 2nd through 8th grade applicants)
  • Academic or psychoeducational evaluations (if applicable)
  • Recent standardized test results (e.g., SAT, FSA, Terranova, i-Ready)
  • Most recent report card (for Kindergarten through 8th grade applicants)

If necessary, an Authorization for Release of Education Records form can be downloaded for current schools to send records directly to Saint Louis Covenant School.
