The Preschool Program at Saint Louis Covenant School provides a safe, warm, and nurturing learning environment for all PK2-PK4 students. The staff works diligently to provide enriching experiences focused on developing the student’s faith formation and academic progress.
Daily prayers, intentional Learning Centers, and playground time are an integral part of the school day. We incorporate meaningful, engaging, and memorable activities that promote the students’ ongoing growth in their social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
We are committed to implementing, with authenticity, the best curriculums that support the most effective academic development in Religion, Literacy, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Preschool students also receive engaging instruction in Physical Education, Movement, and Spanish as part of their weekly schedule.
Socio-emotional development is supported through experiences inside and outside the classroom. Living the Covenant starts in the Preschool! We acknowledge the important role that family has in the students’ overall happiness and success, so we provide numerous opportunities for all families to engage with the students through volunteering.
Saint Louis Catholic Covenant School is a childcare facility operating under an exemption pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida and is not subject to licensure or regulation by the Department of Children and Families.
Saint Louis Covenant School is committed to offering Catholic education to students who can thrive in a general education environment. To support students with disabilities, the school collaborates with families to provide basic accommodations and intervention services tailored to individual needs.
Parents of students with documented exceptionalities must submit specific documentation, such as recent evaluations, IEP or 504 plans, or ADOM Physician statements, to the school for review. The school will assess whether it can meet the student’s educational needs, but not all accommodations may be guaranteed. Recommendations that align with the school’s general education framework will be considered.
